Peak Tubular Upper Control Arms – 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma (w/ Coilovers)

When lifting your 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma, factory upper control arms quickly become a limiting factor. Stock UCAs are prone to over-articulation, which compromises suspension geometry, weakens overall strength, and accelerates wear on joints. Peak Suspension designed these tubular upper control arms to correct alignment, improve handling, and deliver long-lasting durability for lifted Tacomas running aftermarket coilovers.

Optimized Geometry & Alignment

Our arms are engineered with increased caster and repositioned pivot angles, correcting alignment after a lift and reducing joint stress. This results in improved on-road tracking, tighter steering response, and reliable off-road performance—even with extended suspension travel.

Uniball Upgrade for Maximum Articulation

We replaced the weak factory ball joints with 1” ProBearing stainless steel uniballs, offering superior articulation and strength under extreme off-road conditions. Whether rock crawling or running high-speed trails, these uniballs provide consistent suspension movement and long-term reliability.

Heavy-Duty Bushings & Hardware

The inner pivots feature Delrin bushings with grease fittings for smooth cycling and easy servicing. To secure the arms, we include 17-4 stainless steel misalignment spacers and military-grade F911 hardware—components chosen for their strength, precision, and corrosion resistance.

Rebuildable & Serviceable Design

Every component of our Tacoma tubular control arms is rebuildable or replaceable, ensuring these UCAs last the life of your vehicle. Arms arrive preassembled, coated in a durable finish, and include detailed installation instructions for a straightforward bolt-on upgrade.
