When lifting your vehicle, the factory upper control arms quickly become a limiting factor. Stock arms are not designed to handle the additional travel, resulting in compromised suspension geometry, accelerated wear, and limited articulation.

Our Peak Suspension Tubular Upper Control Arms are engineered to correct these issues by optimizing caster angle and pivot geometry, ensuring proper alignment, improved high-speed stability, and precise steering feedback both on and off road.

Each arm is constructed from precision-welded chromoly tubing and utilizes 1” ProBearing stainless steel uniballs to replace weak factory ball joints—offering superior strength, smoother articulation, and long-term reliability in demanding conditions.

For the inner pivots, we use machined Delrin bushings with integrated grease fittings for serviceable, low-friction performance and reduced noise over time. To secure the arms, each kit includes CNC-machined 17-4 stainless steel misalignment spacers and military-grade F911 hardware, ensuring an exceptionally strong, corrosion-resistant connection to your spindle.

Every component is rebuildable, replaceable, and designed for long-term durability, making this one of the most serviceable and performance-focused upper control arm systems available. Each kit arrives pre-assembled with detailed instructions for a straightforward installation process.
