Designed to improve load capacity, ride quality, and rear suspension performance, our Rear Add-A-Leaf Kit is the perfect upgrade for 2024+ Colorado ZR2 Bison or Canyon AT4X AEV Edition with Mulitmatic Jounce Dampers.

Built from premium U.S.-sourced spring steel and equipped with OEM-style Teflon tip liners, this kit delivers up to 1.5” of rear lift while adding 750 lbs. of carrying capacity—without noise, harshness, or complicated installation. Proudly made in the USA and engineered for real-world use on and off the trail.

Why Teflon Tip Liners Matter

There’s a reason Chevy, Ford, Dodge, and other OEM truck manufacturers use Teflon tip liners at the ends of leaf springs. Without them, metal-to-metal contact increases friction-induced drag, accelerates wear, and commonly causes annoying squeaks and noise.

That’s why every one of our add-a-leaf kits includes Teflon tip liners as standard equipment.
