Thanks to previous reviews I decided to add the spring to my truck. It does everything you hope it will do. I added a Leitner rack and Decked system with a bunch of cargo and got a rear sag of about 1 3/4 inches less than stock. Added this add a leaf and got it all back plus a little more. I dont work on cars as a profession but wanted to do this install myself. I put one of my bottoms incorrectly and thought that I may have an issue. I reached out to Peak and they helped me first thing in the morning diagnose what my issue might be. Great product that backed by great support. You all need to send a sticker with your product for I would proudly display it. Thank you.

Helped a buddy install on his 2024 ZR Bison. Worked. I recommending reading the other two reviews for great tips. Rides a better with the weight of a Smartcap and some stuff in the bed. No longer using the jounce dampers as much. Next is my truck. Thanks Peak for a quality product.

I just did the add-a-leaf to my 2024 Bison. The description for the add-a-leaf says that it doesn't work with the Bison, but it does. You just need to add a 3/16" spacer to replace the 1/2" spacer at the top of the springs (the new spacer is 3/16"t x 2.5"w x 5"l. You need to drill 7/16" hole in the center for the spring bolt). The add-a-leaf is 5/16 thick, so the new spacer keeps the spacing the same for the jounce pad clip. You can reuse the existing spring bolt, so you won't need the bolt that comes with the kit. I've added about 500lbs, or so, to the bed of my truck (RTT, rack, drawers, and a swing gate bumper), and had dropped about 2 to 2-1/2" in the rear. On small bumps I was hitting my jounce springs. With the add-a-leaf, I regained 1-1/2", and the ride is great! I was just hitting some speed bumps, and never touched the jounce springs (before, I'd hit them just leaving my driveway).

I just installed these Add a Leafs on my 2024 Colorado WT. I usually carry 1100lbs in the bed at all time, well under the 1600lb rating, that alone flattened the leafs and would occasionally hit the bump stops. After installing the extra leaf spring, the truck feels much tighter and more stable on the highway, and no longer has flattened rear leafs. With weight in the truck the ride quality doesn't seem harsh, and is less bouncy than stock. Taking my time, installation took around an hour, it definitely helps to have a punch to center the leafs before trying to get the centering bolt through.
