We offer several ways to fit 35’s on the Silverado ZR2.

Our 2.25″ Summit Kit is a direct bolt kit allowing for 35’s with little to no trimming.

Our 2.5″ DSC Coilovers that can achieve the same results.

We also offer 1/2″ or 3/4″ bumper spacers to make fitting larger tires even easier

We recommend 17×8.5″ wheels with an offset range of +10 to -12.

This will help clear the control arms and fit the wider tires.

Our tubular upper control arms are made from 4130 Chromoly tubing with ProBearing 1″ uniball. Our tubular arms use either ProBearing SilentSpin bushings or Delrin Self lubricating bushings.

Our billet arms feature ProBearing  teflon coated 3/4″ heim joints and ProBearing 1.25″ uniballs. These arms are capped for longer life and low maintenance.

Both arms feature built in caster for tire clearance and alignment.

Our Coilovers differ in a lot of ways to other coilovers.

While many companies offer single speed compression as an option, our shocks come standard with dual speed compression.

Our shocks are machined 6061-T6 aluminum for maximum corrosion resistance and heat dissipation.

Our shocks feature vehicle specific tuning for optimal ride quality.

We offer value and customer satisfaction as a priority

At Peak, we design and manufacture our own products with over 20 years of off-road experience. We’re enthusiasts ourselves, so every part is tested in real-world conditions before it hits the market.

All of our kits are designed to be bolt-on, OE-fit, and built to last the lifetime of your vehicle—combining adventure-ready durability with precision performance.

Yes, we do full installations at our shop in Southern California. From suspension systems and wheels/tires to bumpers, lighting, winches, and full vehicle builds—we handle it all.

Customers often come to us for both the parts and the professional install.

All Peak products are designed, tested and produced in America with Pride

Factory DSSVs are great for light duty but limited in adjustability and not serviceable.

Our 2.5” DSC Coilovers feature dual-speed compression adjusters, remote reservoirs, and rebuildable internals.

That means better cooling, more travel, tunable ride quality, and long-term serviceability for serious off-road use.

Any custom anodizing, assemblies or spring changes will take additional time.

We’ll always keep you updated with tracking information once your order leaves our shop.

Yes—all Peak-manufactured products are backed by our limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Coilovers and shocks are fully rebuildable for the life of the vehicle.

When you lift your vehicle, the factory ball joint and geometry are pushed past their intended range. Aftermarket UCAs restore proper caster and camber, reduce ball joint binding, and allow for full suspension travel.

Our billet and tubular UCAs are designed with corrected geometry and high-strength uniballs/ball joints to maximize performance and durability.

Dual-speed compression gives you two independent dials—one for high-speed compression (bumps, whoops, off-road impacts) and one for low-speed compression (body roll, cornering, on-road comfort).

This allows precise tuning for both slow, controlled movements and fast, harsh impacts without compromise.

Yes. All Peak 2.5” coilovers feature threaded shock bodies for ride height adjustment. Depending on the application, you can fine-tune lift from stock height up to ~3” while maintaining proper preload and travel.

Yes. Unlike OE DSSVs, all Peak 2.5” coilovers are fully rebuildable and revalvable. This extends the life of your investment since seals, oil, and wear parts can be serviced instead of replacing the entire shock.

We recommend starting both high-speed and low-speed compression adjusters in the middle of their range (typically 8–10 clicks out from full stiff). From there, adjust in small increments (1–2 clicks at a time).

  • More low-speed compression = reduced body roll and squat (better on-road feel).

  • More high-speed compression = firmer landings and bump control (better off-road).

Extended travel coilovers provide more wheel travel when paired with aftermarket UCAs, improving off-road articulation and ride quality over rough terrain.

They require UCAs with corrected geometry and are best for serious off-roaders who want maximum suspension performance.

Heavier spring rates are ideal for vehicles with aftermarket armor, winches, or overland gear.

Lighter spring rates provide better comfort and articulation for stock or lightly modified rigs. Running the correct spring rate ensures your suspension sits at the proper ride height and performs as intended.

Preload determines ride height and suspension feel. A good starting point is to run preload so the truck sits at the desired lift (usually 2–2.5”).

Avoid excessive preload to gain lift, as it reduces droop travel and ride quality. For major lift changes, consider different springs rather than cranking preload.
